Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and budget reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term strategic planning.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
