Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models and Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems and reconciliation of accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
