Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Support budgeting and planning processes through quantitative analysis and scenario modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives
- Develop KPI dashboards and visualizations to track performance against financial goals
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) highly desirable
