Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with department heads to support budgeting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation
- Present findings to senior leadership using clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- CFA or CPA certification a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
