Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive review
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on investment opportunities, cost structures, and revenue streams
- Prepare executive presentations with clear visualizations of financial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal financial policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business operations
- Maintain and enhance financial databases using advanced Excel tools and BI platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from financial databases
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial forecasts and scenario analyses
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
