- Develop comprehensive financial models to support M&A activities and expansion projects
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in gaming/hospitality
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP financial modules
- Expertise in variance analysis, ratio analysis, and cash flow forecasting
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance executives
