Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to assess business performance and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, long-term planning, and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to drive profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory filings to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Present financial findings to senior management in clear, concise, and persuasive formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences effectively.
- CPA, CFA, or CFA Level I candidate is highly desirable.
