Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports to executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead financial audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex data
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
