Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budget variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare strategic business plans and capital expenditure requests
- Create executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A activities and operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or finance services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights under tight deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
