Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform business strategy
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support budgeting and planning processes across departments
- Collaborate with senior leadership on investment analysis and capital allocation
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and accounting standards
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
