Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across business units
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support business growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
