Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to track performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to drive profitability.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards.
- Support external audits and ensure proper documentation of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
