Responsibilities

- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts for budgeting and planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI evaluations for new initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industry a plus
