Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting, to assess business performance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across departments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements through detailed data review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
