Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, variance reports, and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for leadership teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial functions)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
