Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop KPI dashboards and visualizations for performance tracking
- Lead annual budgeting processes and expense analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
