- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis for business initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Support annual audit preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
