Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and quarterly performance reports for investment committee
- Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions and portfolio companies
- Develop annual budgets and monitor variance analysis for portfolio companies
- Collaborate with portfolio finance teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in venture capital, private equity, or tech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
