Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support quarterly business reviews
- Analyze variance reports and identify trends for operational efficiency improvements
- Prepare executive-level presentations highlighting key financial metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and strategic plans
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for executive decision-making
- Maintain and optimize financial databases for accurate reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
