Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for investment analysis and portfolio valuation
- Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting against KPIs
- Create monthly/quarterly financial forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Lead budgeting processes across 5+ business units
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Automate reporting workflows using Power BI and SQL
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment or tech sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Proven track record of driving process improvements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data to strategy
