Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance trends.
- Assess the economic impact of new business initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external GAAP standards.
- Present financial data and recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Experience with financial software systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a significant plus.
