Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in banking/finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
