Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to support budget development and variance analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
