Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to evaluate creditworthiness of corporate clients
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Monitor existing credit portfolios for emerging risks and compliance issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and industry stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of credit policies and underwriting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with regional/national banks
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, RiskCalc)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
