Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop departmental budgets and financial plans
- Generate executive-ready reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure organizational alignment
- Streamline financial processes through automation and technology solutions
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
