Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to produce comprehensive reports and forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present financial findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CMA, CPA, or CFA) a plus
