Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analysis tools.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess the financial impact of new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
