Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects as requested by senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
