Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide insights on budget performance and operational efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations of financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial scenarios and assess the impact of business decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
