Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models using advanced Excel functions and Power BI
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with strict deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A initiatives and market expansion opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and develop departmental best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas) and Power BI
- Proven experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
