Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to present findings and support strategic decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend process improvements across departments
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial operations
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
