Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability studies.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CFA or CPA certification is a significant plus.
