Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and investment portfolios to generate actionable insights
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Prepare detailed budget analyses and support annual budgeting processes
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new opportunities and assess risk profiles
- Create executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in FRM or CFA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
