Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and budgets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the audit process and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification (CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.
