Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for executive leadership.
- Develop complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and ad-hoc financial analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
