As a Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key partner to various departments, ensuring our financial health and operational efficiency. If you excel at translating complex data into actionable strategies, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis reports to ensure accurate tracking of budget vs. actuals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts to support organizational strategy and growth.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses for new projects and operational initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Data Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and cash flow scenarios.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting systems and internal controls to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies, GAAP, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Software: Experience with financial modeling software and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong asset.
