Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare detailed reports for executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation

- Support month-end/quarter-end closing processes with reconciliations and variance analysis
- Present complex financial insights clearly to stakeholders through dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
