Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in energy or manufacturing sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with weekly/monthly closing processes and variance analysis
