Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
