Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic planning and forecasting
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against financial goals
- Lead cost reduction initiatives through data-driven analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
