Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive-level summaries
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Create ad-hoc financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Support budgeting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Implement process improvements using financial software and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex data to non-financial audiences
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
