Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform regular variance analysis and prepare comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and regulatory compliance filings.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance overall financial reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros), and SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CFP are a strong plus.
