Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to inform strategic initiatives
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Create executive dashboards and data visualizations for key performance indicators
- Lead cross-departmental projects to improve financial processes and controls
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
