Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term business planning and strategy.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis and performance reporting to identify key trends, risks, and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, collaborating cross-functionally with department heads to set realistic financial targets.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL is required.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manipulate large datasets and detect anomalies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
