Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasting tools for long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze market trends, variances, and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and monitor spending against established targets.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives and capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA certification is a plus.
