Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Variances Analysis: Perform variance analysis between actuals and budgets to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
- Cost Control: Assist in cost control initiatives and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
