Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Perform variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and provide insightful recommendations for operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely presentations for executive leadership regarding financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and internal audit documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track business health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial stakeholders.
