Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to produce actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop complex financial models, forecasts, and variance reports to support strategic planning
- Prepare and present quarterly financial statements with detailed commentary on performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
- Maintain and enhance financial databases for accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or banking environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present technical information to non-financial stakeholders
