Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to produce actionable insights for stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor spending
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation tools
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and quantitative reasoning skills
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
