What You Will Do:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and scenarios.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor actuals against the budget to ensure financial health.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial data to recommend actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions (VBA/ macros), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
